Pre-packed toys will be given to pre-registered families at satellite locations during their scheduled pick-up date/time. These toys are picked based on the information you provide in your registration.

Toy Shop Pick Up Methods
In person pick-up: You (or a representative) will shop at Nathaniel's Toy Shop during a scheduled appointment time. Caroling Caravan: If you foresee difficulty coming to the Nathaniel's Toy Shop location to shop for toys, you may request a Caroling Caravan home delivery of toys below. You will be interviewed by phone to determine your eligibility. If you qualify for a Caroling Caravan home delivery, your name will be removed from your selected time slot to shop at Nathaniel's Toy Shop.
