Day of Information for Exhibitors, Sponsors, Smile Makers, and Nathaniel's Market

Check-in opens at 6:30 a.m. and closes at 7:30 a.m.

A Smile Team Volunteer will be available to help with setup if you arrive before 7:15 a.m.

All setup must be completed by 7:40 a.m. 

You will receive information about what Zone you are in through the email you registered with. If you do not receive this information, please call our office and we will assist you. 

Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis as well as our designated lots.

The great thing about arriving early is you get a better selection of parking.

There are FREE options and some places that provide parking for a fee.

Here are a few that we have identified. 

Note to Exhibitors:

We recommend finding parking near your Zone drop-off area:  A, B, C, or D.
Since it’s early, you’ll likely find available spots along nearby side streets.
Please be mindful of where you park and check for any signs indicating restrictions.

7.  Reformed Presbyterian Church  –  North of Lake Eola; FREE – 50 spots available

8.  Liberty & Jackson Parking Lot – Several blocks South of Lake Eola; FREE – 200 spots available
Enter from Liberty Avenue into an open-air, paved parking lot.
9.  St. James Cathedral School – North of Lake Eola; FREE – 30 spots available from 6 AM to 2 PM.
