Job Description
Tim and Marie Kuck founded Nathaniel’s Hope in 2002 and they are in need of executive support so they can leverage their time and skills to focus on growth and development of the ministry as a whole, and specifically Hopetown.
Qualifications
- Alignment with values and a passion for our vision
- Ability to work onsite in Central Florida
- 3–5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or ministry leaders
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage complex calendars, travel, and meeting logistics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Event coordination experience (board meetings, donor events, ministry gatherings)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience with project management software
