Can I bring my VIP with me to shop in Nathaniel’s Toy Shop?
VIPs and siblings are NOT allowed in the Toy Shop and child care is NOT provided. If you are unable to find care for your VIP or siblings, you will have the option to remain in your car while a personal shopper shops for you based on the information you provided in your registration.
What do I need to bring to the Nathaniel’s toy shop?
You will need to bring a government issued photo ID of the parent/caregiver listed on the registration and your QR code that was emailed to you.
I registered but need to cancel my appointment time, what do I do?

How long can I expect to be at the Nathaniel’s Toy Shop?
We do our best to see you are your scheduled appointment time, but depending on circumstances, wait times (which includes shopping) may be up to 1-2 hours. We take the time to carefully work with each family to find the perfect toys for each child. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and kindly ask that you plan accordingly.
