Thank you for helping to bring smiles to VIPs and their families.

We are looking forward to seeing you next Saturday, September 6th, for MAKE ‘m SMILE North Carolina.

Below is information to help you get ready for the day. If you have any questions, please let us know!

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

Check-In Time: 8:45 AM – 9:15 AM
You must be fully set up and ready to greet guests by 9:45 AM.

Step 1: Unload at the Drop-Off Zone
Location: Check in and unload your car at one of the designated drop-off Zones located at the corner of Franklin Blvd. and S. Trenton St.

  • Smile Team Volunteers will help transfer your materials if you arrive by 9:15 AM
  • We recommend bringing a wagon or cart in case a volunteer is not readily available during setup. Volunteers will not be available at teardown. 
  • If multiple reps are attending: one can unload/set up while the other parks. If there is only one representative, a volunteer will help take your items to your booth while you park.

 

Step 2: Park Your Vehicle
After unloading, please park in Lot 4.
All maps/event info will be available on the Nathaniel’s Hope App!

 

EVENT WRISTBANDS

Wristbands are required for all participants to help identify who is part of MAKE ‘m SMILE:

  • VIPs: red wristband with white VIP wording
  • Immediate Family Members: Red wristbands
  • All Others (you included!): Green wristbands

The event is free for VIPs and their immediate families, and they should be given priority at your booth.
If someone approaches your booth without a wristband, please direct them to the registration area to check in.

FOOD INFO

Lunch will be served all day (while supplies last)
You will receive food coupons for 2 people. If more are needed, they will be available for purchase at MAKE ‘m SMILE NC.

IMPORTANT LOCATIONS

  • Registration/Check-In: Located just outside the gates of each entrance to the ballpark (green dots on parking map)
  • Restrooms/Respite Tent: Multiple restrooms can be found throughout the concourse (see event map for locations)
  • Food: Located in the covered area near home plate

EVENT REMINDERS

  • Keep your booth area neat and tidy throughout the event. We will have volunteers coming around to collect trash during the event.
  • If you have a question during the event, please call the number sent in your email..
  • Tear-down begins at 2:00 PM – Please do not leave before then.
