If you are canceling your appointment time to reschedule, please note that there may no longer be appointment times available when you want to rebook. We will not be able to reschedule your appointment time. You will need to cancel your appointment. Once you receive confirmation it has been canceled, you can go back in and complete a new registration.

Because of this, we encourage you to be absolutely sure that you need to cancel.

This is a permanent change, and once done, it can not be changed. You will have to find another appointment.
