Registration and Event Check-In:
- If you have VIP friends that have not already registered, online registration is currently closed. Please come to the event for walk up registration.
- When you arrive at the event, please visit our Registration/Check-in tent (red flag) to get your event wristbands, food coupons, and a bag of fun goodies!
Parking:
Visit our Parking pages on the app for maps showing all parking options
P3 is Primary VIP parking, found at Main Ave and Dr. Martin L King Jr Way. Overflow parking can be found nearby. Parking is NOT available in P1 or P2.
Medical and Respite Care Tents:
There will be two areas or VIP care stations available to tend to some of your child’s special needs.
- Medical Area will be staffed by medical professionals and EMTs in case of a medical emergency
- The Respite Tent will have a private changing area with a cot in case of need
