Registration & Check-In

When you arrive at MAKE ‘m SMILE NC, please stop by our Registration/Check-in tents to get your event wristband, food coupons, and a bag with some fun goodies!

• There are 2 locations for check-in and registration, which are denoted by green dots on the parking map:
  • Ballpark entrance at the corner of Franklin Blvd and S. Hill St
  • Ballpark entrance at the corner of Franklin Blvd and S. Trenton St
• If you have VIP friends who have not already registered, please invite them to join you. Walk up registration will be available.

• Registration/Check-In: Outside the gates at both ballpark entrances (green dots on parking map).
  • Franklin Blvd & S Hill St
  • Franklin Blvd & S Trenton St
• Restrooms/Respite Tent: Multiple accessible restrooms with changing tables around the concourse (see event map).
• Food: Located in the covered area near home plate.

This event is Rain or Shine! (We’ll only cancel for extreme weather like a tropical storm or hurricane.) Bring an umbrella just in case.

• Visit with over 40 Resource Exhibitors for helpful services.
• Stop by the Imago Dei Tent to learn about Buddy Break, MAKE ’m SMILE, and new ministries.
• Pick up fun freebies at the Nathaniel’s Hope Tent.
• Bounce Houses, Giant Games, Face Painting, Balloons, Crafts, Shark Tooth Hunt, and more!
• Therapy Dogs – love on our furry friends.
• Special Olympics NC – enjoy games on the field.
• Construction Zone – explore cool vehicles.
• Butterfly Release – submit a name of a VIP who has transitioned to heaven (near the covered area by the food); join us for the Butterfly Release on the field at 1 PM.

 

 

SCAVENGER HUNT FUN!

Pick up your MAKE ‘m SMILE Scavenger Hunt card! Once completed, head to the Nathaniel’s Hope booth to claim your VIP’s prize (1 per family). It’s a fun way to experience the event and score a special surprise!

 

BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR NATHANIEL!

He’ll be walking around spreading smiles!
 When you see him, be sure to say hi and snap a picture with him!
