PARKING:
Please park on the Northwest side of the building. Extended accessible parking will be available
IMPORTANT LOCATIONS:
Registration/Check-In: West End Parking Lot
Restrooms/Sensory Room: Inside the building – follow the signs
Food: On the hill near the playground
Medical Tent: VIP Care Area for medical needs staffed by EMTs
Respite Room: Private area with cot and changing table.
EVENT WRISTBANDS
Wristbands are required for all participants to help identify who is part of MAKE ‘m SMILE:
VIPs: red wristband with white VIP wording
Immediate Family Members: Red wristbands
All Others (you included!): Green wristbands
The event is free for VIPs and their immediate families, and they should be given priority at your booth.
If someone approaches your booth without a wristband, please direct them to the registration area to check in.
FOOD INFO
Lunch will be served from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (while supplies last)
Located on the hill by the playground (please no food indoors)

Resource Exhibitors – Learn about helpful local services
Bounce Houses – Jump into the fun
Outdoor Game Zone – Play some giant games
Face Painting – Pick your favorite design
Balloon Animals & Flowers – Which one will you leave with?
SCAVENGER HUNT FUN! – Pick up your MAKE ‘m SMILE Scavenger Hunt card! Once completed, head to the Nathaniel’s Hope booth to claim your VIP’s prize (1 per family). It’s a fun way to experience the event and score a special surprise!
BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR NATHANIEL! – He’ll be walking around spreading smiles!
When you see him, be sure to say hi and snap a picture with him!

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
Check-In Time: 7:30 AM – 8:15 AM
You must be fully set up and ready to greet guests by 8:30 AM.
Step 1: Unload at the Drop-Off Zone
Location: Inspire Field entrance (Southwest corner of the parking lot)
A Smile Team Volunteer will help transfer your materials if you arrive by 8:15 AM.
We recommend bringing a wagon or cart in case a volunteer is not available for set-up or tear-down.
Step 2: Park Your Vehicle
After unloading, please move your vehicle to the designated Resource Exhibitor Parking near the Inspire Field entrance.
All parking details and maps will be available on the Nathaniel’s Hope App!
EVENT REMINDERS
Keep your booth area neat and tidy throughout the event
Trash will be collected regularly, but please also monitor your own space
Tear-down begins at 1:00 PM – Please do not leave before then.
