• Bring your Event Pass. You will receive a brightly colored EVENT PASS in the mail very soon if you have not already received it. You will need to display it (time side up) in your passenger’s side dashboard to gain admission.
• You should have received your Arrival Time in an email. If you did not receive an email, please check your Spam and Promotions folders. 
• Please check your GPS for travel time. We are hosting 1,500 families, so it is imperative you arrive within 30 minutes of your Arrival Time.
• We cannot accommodate early arrivals.
• If you are late, we cannot guarantee how long you may have to wait to enter the park as every time slot is full.
• MAKE ‘m SMILE-fari will happen rain or shine.
• You will not need to leave your car for this event. 
• We will hand things to you through your car window. If you are not comfortable with this, please leave your window up.
• If you have a pet or service animal in your car, you must leave your windows up during the safari drive. 
• If you have an emergency and need to contact Nathaniel’s Hope, please do not call our office as we will all be at Wild Florida. Call 407-906-3945 to reach our staff. 

• There is no place to park if you arrive early. There are several parking lots near the intersection of Old Canoe Creek Rd. and Canoe Creek Rd. where you can wait. Please allow 10 minutes to drive from this area to Wild Florida. 
• Use the Bathroom before you arrive! Please use the restroom prior to arriving at MAKE ‘m SMILE-fari. Facilities are very limited. You will be in a line for the safari drive and there are no places to stop. If necessary, consider stopping at a business near the intersection of Old Canoe Creek Rd. and Canoe Creek Rd.
• Help us keep the lines moving through the safari. Please do not stop in the lane unless there is an animal in your way. If you want to spend a little more time in an area, please pull over to the right side of the road. 
• Please DO NOT FEED the animals any food or throw anything into the road.
• Stay inside your car at all times.
• Keep your arms inside the car & hold onto your hats!
• Giraffe Feeding & Gator Park will not be available.
